Rodney Tucker - Executive Director
Rodney is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina and is a goal-oriented professional with over 20 years of non-profit management experience at local and national levels focused on fundraising, strategic and financial planning, coalition building, and advocacy. He has a BA in Human Services from UNC-Charlotte, MA in Christian Education from Southern Theological Seminary, and an MA in Counseling focusing on Child and Family Development and Community Counseling from UNC-Charlotte.

Laurie Pitts, MSW – Programs and Services Director
Laurie first became involved with Time Out Youth as an intern in June 2007 and was hired as Youth Services Director in February 2009.  She was named Director of Youth Programs and Services in 2010    Laurie received a B.A in English in 1994 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2008, both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Melanie Pace, MSW – Director of School Outreach and GSA Support
Born and raised in Charlotte, Melanie started at Time Out Youth as an intern in August 2010 and was hired as Program Manager for the School Outreach Initiative in August 2011.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Leigh Dixon - Office Administrator
Leigh is a proud Charlotte native who earned a Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University.  Leigh has a broad base of experience including over 10 years in small business management and bookkeeping.
